Action that you are performing triggers "XSS attacks OR Iframe Injections attack" on the server and the mod_security rules will not process that action. let me know if you want me to disable mod_security for your account as thats the only way we can get through this problem. If you think that you wish to keep your blog secure then you will need to perform those modifications on your local machine and upload those or you can add following code in your .htaccess when you make changes and then comment this code with # once you have completed your changes.
