Limit on number of recipients
Hello everyone,
On my dedicated server, there is a limit of 15 on the number of recipients of an email - this is really annoying when trying to send out an e-newsletter! Can this be removed, or if not, can the limit be raised?
Thanks!

Mailing list softwares available in the Fantastico section of control panel will use our server to send your newsletter so you can cosider something like Mailman mailing list or phplist foor your requirements.
Number of recipient limit cannot be raised on shared servers as that will overload our servers when people use some kind of mailing softwares which sends multiple emails per connection.

Even using a mailing list it will look like it has come from your e-mail address. Like Mark has said, if you use the mailing lists, either the one in the main cPanel mail section or the one included in Fantastico that will help you send a message to multiple reciepients.
I suppose the restrictions are there to protect us from ourselves .

I'm on a Windows server - I don't think it has that function - or am I wrong?
I might make my own aspx page to do it if it becomes too much of a problem....

Ah right, I assumed you were on Linux.
Although I have never used a Windows based server before I am sure there will be a mailing list function somewhere or the oppertunity to install a mailing list on your server.
I am sure one of the guys from eUKhost will be along shortly to answer your question for definite. I wish I could but I have never even seen a Windows hosting control panel!

You should have php on the windows server so you can use phplist which can be downloaded from phplist.com and mailman mailing list should also be there on your windows server.
