Lost crontab entries

Like Kwinzi in a different post I have lost all my crontab entries - the jobs last ran on November 8th and, due to eUKhost's weak backup strategy (see here), there is no backup.

During a chat with Brent (which finished at 16:06) he suggested from looking at your cPanel log that I had deleted them all. A agree that I deleted one entry during various changes that I made on the 8th but not all of them plus the email address entry for the results of cron jobs. Seeing that Kwinzi has had the same problem (and no response from eUKhost) is there a problem that needs investigating?

Hi,

I have invesitgated into your issue and found that CRON has deleted/edited from twos IPs, which i have PM you.
Unfortunatly, monthly and weekly backup got generate on same date, due to which Blank cron file backedup over backup server.

I suggest you to re-add the Cron for account to overcome the issue.
