Default Missing Emails?

I've noticed that since coming to EUKHost that I seem to be struggling to get some emails that I used to have no problems with before.

I've got to the stage now where I've disabled spamassassin completely and still not got mails that I'm expecting

Any ideas?

Hello,

Can you please provide what server your website hosting is hosted on?

The issue of not all email being received has been spotted before, and was investigated in the following tread (see post 31 onwards)

spam assasin - configuring the subject line

Unfortuantely i don't think it was fully resolved for shared hosting accounts - but i think it was fixed for people with VPS Hosting accounts.

I'm on a reseller account, server is Puma

It's just that I've noticed mails that I had no problems receiving before I moved to EUKHost now don't seem to come through.

Yes, I am on the same server as you are hosted on. This is definitely a problem because I experienced the same problem. Please open a ticket at http://support.eukhost.com or e-mail support @ eukhost.com for the support dept. to look into this problem.

I have made some changes in email server configuration on Puma so please check the same from your end and let me know if you see any difference now.

I also have had intermittant problems with email recently but they seemed to all sort themselves out for me again eventually although I am monitoring the situation to check .
