Default My site still shows web pages from 6 months ago

After my sites were moved onto the new server early yesterday, I updated my NS records to point to the new nameservers. However whenever I access either of my websites all I see is the site as it was some 6 months ago, i.e. without all the updates I've applied since then.

Now something must be wrong here, since there's no way I should be seeing old web pages! Even if ny nameserver changes hadn't propagated through the system properly yet I still shouldn't see old data, assuming the correct site was copied over to the new server (i.e. the up to date web pages should now be on both the old and the new server).

I've got a ticket open on this (ENP-57105-127) but it hasn't been responded to all day! Please someone at least let me know what's happening, if anything!

Steve

Thanks for fixing the problem, although I'm understandably peeved that it happened in the first place.

Anyway, here's to everything running smoothly from now on!

Steve
your account was not getting migrated and nothing was going to change for you. you were previously migrated from harrier to firefly and your server module in billing system was left has harrier due to which migration notification was sent to you.

you should not have changed nameservers but it was partially our fault as well as the email was sent to you due to incorrect server module setup for your hosting plan.

Well actually it was fully your fault. I changed nameservers because you told me to! Why wouldn't I?

I've also now got a problem with another domain which isn't resolving correctly, so I've re-opened the ticket again.

I know that mistakes happen, but this has cost me many hours of trying to work out whats going wrong, opening tickets, checking results, and changing nameservers. Not to mention the disruption to my websites. All because of an email which I should never have been sent!

20 days later and the problem is STILL not fixed properly. See the reopened ticket (ENP-57105-127) for what's wrong now.
