New Domain

I have registered a new domain to be added to my existing account, however i have not received the welcome email and doing a WHOIS search says that the domain is still being registered, how long is this process likely to take?

Any help will be appreciated

Well, domains can take up to 72 hours to propogate on the net but it's usually much, much quicker than that.

When you purchased the domain I'm pretty sure you should have ( usually instantly ) got an email confirming the purchase and registration of the domain.

I'd suggest opening a support ticket up and getting in touch with EUK regards this issue.

I can see that your domain name was registered yesterday and it is pointed to Somerset which is hosting your copper plan. You can add your domain as an addon domain or parked domain depending on your requirement. let me know if you need any further assistance.

Please login in your cpanel control panel from http://91.186.0.7/cpanel/ and locate the icon which says "Addon Domains" or you can simply click on following URL :-

http://91.186.0.7:2082/frontend/x3/addon/index.html

You can go through the Video Tutorials from http://www.eukhost.com/web-hosting/cpanel.php and you will figure out how to add addon domains and parked domains.
