No Access Whatsoever

Hi,

I can't access my webmail, my cpanel, my website hostings or anything else. Is there something wrong with my Dedicated Server space or with the server itself? My domain name is tellivision.co.uk.

There's something wrong on my website hosting: Surijapop.com

Click on one of the songs.. and you'll notice that the page didn't get any info from the database..

Could you check it out for me?

I'm still not getting anything back from either my website hostings (in both Firefox and IE) nor my webmail (which is coming through Outlook Express).

The firefox and IE come up with connection timed out and Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage respectively and Outlook express says: The server responded with an error. Account: 'mail.tellivision.co.uk', Server: 'mail.tellivision.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the mail server!', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90.

Is that any help in sorting out the problem?

please make it convenient to open a ticket from our helpdesk and provide me with a ticket number over here to followup. I don't see anything wrong in logs so its difficult for me to find out what problem you have.

it would be better if some senior technical person looks into it.
