Port 5567 Blocked?

I have a script that sends something out to port 5567 on another server. It worked fine til I moved my website over to EUK, and now it doesn't work. I'm currently using the fallback of port 80 but I'd rather use 5567 if possible to avoid proxy issues.

Any reason why sending out to port 5567 should suddenly stop working on EUK? Anything I need to do to my settings to allow it?
