Problem on Viking Server?

Are there any issues on Viking?

The last couple of nights I've had huge delays in loading pages for a few minutes at a time then it goes back to being normal.

I'm not sure if it's a server delay or something network related because a few trace routes have had a few no responses on route. I'm a BT Broadband customer if that makes any difference to the path.

I've managed to sort problems with Viking. One account was overloading MySQL service on the server and it has been suspended. We have requested that particular customer to upgrade to a dedicated server.

It could be a temporary problem at either end or in theory it could have something to do with server load but you would think with most website hostings on eUKhost being in the UK and aimed at a UK audience you would more likely to get problems during the day.

You could try contacting support (support@eukhost.com) and open a ticket or start a LiveChat through the main eUKhost website hosting (http://www.eukhost.com) to see if their are currently any issues on Viking.

Fantastic, it was so intermittent and normally the service is superb so I couldn't understand it.
