Default Problem on website hosting

Hi
My website hosting has just been transfered over to you, and all looked ok. I have just noticed that so far 2 day i have recieved an email 2 say 2 new members have joined the website hosting, but when I look in the admin of the forums, there is no sign of them, even when I do a search.
Any Ideas? Not sure what else to look at.
Thanks
Bonnie

Can they delete their accounts? If so, they may have done so, but I doubt it. What forum software have you got and can we have a link to your forum so we can help you further?

Yes they can delete their accounts, but I cant see them doing that. I did try registering myself to test it and it did show up, so really not sure now. I also sent out a bulk email today from IPB itself, and normally I get loads of error messages sent back to my email addy to say invalid email address, and I have none of these showing this time either. I made up an email address myself to test it, and its not come back to me. Im using IPB 2.2 My website hosting addy is www.spirit-garden.co.uk. Ive just checked the website hosting just now and its down

Well the good news for you now is that is seems to be back up and functioning fine .

Have you checked IPBs website hosting or contacted them to make sure there is no known issues that could be causing it?

Have you managed to work out if there is a problem with these accounts? And have you been able to solve it .
