I posted on here a little while back regarding access to my email account, and I'm afraid I'm still having problems.
I've even downloaded the Auto-setup files for Outlook and I'm still getting error messages. I've had a bit more success with Mail on the Mac: I can at least access my emails there, but I can't seem to delete them.
Any thoughts/advice would be really useful as I'd like to to be able to access emails at work. I've currently been trying to add the account to the Windows Live application, but I keep getting a 'timed out' error.
Here are the settings I've used so far:
Email Address:
myemailaddress@mydomain.com
Password: The password I typed into CPanel when setting up the address
Login ID: Mail Server Username
Incoming Server: Incoming Mail Server
Port: 110
Log on using: Clear Text Authentication
Outgoing server: Outgoing Mail Server
Port: 26
My outgoing server requires authentication box: Ticked
