Title says it all. Been down for 5 mins now. Just a restart, or something more sinister?

All down. Pinging puma.eukhost.com does nothing. Can't connect to the mySQL servers. POP connections arent working, neither is cPanel.

It's working here as well. You're IP probably got blocked by the firewall/server.

Please email 'support [at] eukhost.com' stating your IP address, which can be found at http://whatismyip.com.

Your IP address is usually blocked if you get your password wrong more than 3 - 5 times. This is because of the brute force protection which is installed on the server.

Puma is working fine for me, I checked one of my work's website hostings and it loaded. Now back to forgetting all about work until 8am tomorrow.

Well it seems the problem can only be resolved via e-mail support now, as this is an IP restriction problem.-- TOPIC LOCKED

I have cleared all blocked IPs on Puma so problem should be sorted now if you didn't get it done from Helpdesk staff.
