I would use Live Chat however it's not loading for me at present.

Anyhow the server loads on Typhoon appear to be going rather crazy at present. I've clocked it at 849.00 earlier, which isn't its normal 1.00.

Let me know if you got it sorted from the Support Team. I will ask someone to take close look at logs if you let me know the exact time when you saw this problem on server.

Yup this appears to have been sorted. I managed to get through to someone on livechat soon after posting, prior I kept getting timeout errors. I noticed the problem around 4:45pm yesterday, though by the time I got through to someone at gone ten to I gather one of the techies/admin was aware of the problem.
