Thanks for your assistance so far! It's odd that you got all the emails though, since I mis-typed the first one and got a (legitimate and understandable) mail delivery failure (no such user).

Eukhost - Should I create a ticket for this?

Viking problem has been solved now. We have changed mail server IP to fix this problem.

Emails to Yahoo and BT are getting delivered immediately.

I am still seeing 91.186.0.3 as originating server of his mail instead of 91.86.0.60. Maybe DNS cache? Can't be for so long. Something is still wrong either in DNS records or in hostname settings.

The IP needs to be edited from the Plesk Control panel in the DNS Zones area. Since this has not happened, you are still able to get the 91.186.0.3. Viking's IP was set to 91.186.0.60 on a temporary basis just to get the mails working for external mail providers.

We have now switched back to 91.186.0.3 as mails are being routed to the external providers like GMAIL, hotmail et al. Things would be crystal clear in the coming few hours.

Please do not make any changes in your Plesk Panel as well Let the current configurations be. Give it another 6 hours . . .everything will be clear. Hopefully mails wont have a problem.

I am getting Outlook errors on all my configured email addresses at the moment.

Should I wait a bit longer re: the 6 hours mentioned or change the Outlook settings for all my email addresses as I had to in my previous thread for the www.rsresourcing.co.uk one ( the URGENT one )??.

I had hassle with another email address yesterday, but these were all working fine at that point.

Now every one of them appears to have a problem.

In the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server fields within the Outlook settings?.

So rather than www.gwlogic.co.uk I should just put in gwlogic.co.uk without the www. ?.

Will try that and post back.

Nope, no luck still failing.

Tried :-

gwlogic.co.uk

and

www.gwlogic.co.uk

No success.

Kayakclub one and wedding one are the same when I tried changing the settings also.

Also, just tried the rsresourcing one that was fixed yesterday and now its also showing errors.

Its like the whole lot have gone down!!! Now I'm getting really worried!!!.

*EDIT* I've also just created a new email address in cPanel on the gwlogic.co.uk domain and entered the settings for that in Outlook. Still not working either. Should I be raising a support ticket for this guys?.

For urgency sake, use mail.yourdomain.tld, it will work as it is pointing to correct server. or use IP 91.186.0.3 but note that you may need to change when things stabilise.

Nothing to worry, they just forgot to set the POP subdomain in DNS records, probably what you are using an incoming server.

Not sure I understand?.

I tried using the .tld and the IP addy and again, that doesnt work either.
