Default Slow page loading help please ?

Hi all,
I've not been around for a while so you know all has been well with both my accounts but . . . it never lasts does it ?!

Can anyone help please ? On one of my accounts, a sub-domain [Cowcare Forum] one of my members is having problems with the time taken for my website hosting to load on her computer.
Every time she tries to click on the forum or one of the other pages it takes an eternity to load, as a result it has put her off checking in.
She is one of my favourite members and I really don't want her to drift elsewhere out of boredom, can anyone suggest a solution please ?

Hi,

Would it be possible for you to check if that member is on Tiscali? All our customers who are on Tiscali have been facing intermittent and / or prolonged periods where connecting to website hostings have been a problem.

We tried switching carriers, but it did not give the desired results. We are still working on this.

Please ask her to send us tracert output from her local machine to the server.
She can do this from

Start >> Run >> cmd # it will open DOS window.

then enter following command in that DOS window.

tracert farmoffice.cowcare.info

Please provide us the tracert / traceroute output in a support ticket.

Now. funny you mention Tiscali I'm with them and had real problems for a short while up until recently but now all is fine, for which many thanks !
I'll pass on your suggestion to my member and see what happens ok ?!

could also use the command
tracert farmoffice.cowcare.info > c:\trace.txt

which will put the results into a text file for easier copying/sending
