I believe that me emailing through typhoon.eukhost.com qualifies as my email being relayed from another server (eukhost is not my ISP). Any ideas what I can to to resolve this issue? I really need to be able to email to someone at optonline.net.

AOL includes the error codes that specifies why emails are bounced. You can have a look at specified error codes on their postmaster website.
Once you know why the emails are bounced , you will get a better idea of what you need to remove the error code. Again if the issue is not solved you can open a ticket at
