Default SQL Database Backup

Not sure which section to place this in, so move it if needed!

Now that my website hostings are on a Plesk server, how to I go about making backups of my MS SQL Server databases? In hosting controler, I could just click on backup next to the DB name, and a backup file would be created on my FTP.

Anyway I can do similar within Plesk? As I would REALLY like to be able to make my own backups sometimes.

You can find the answer to your query here : http://www.eukhost.com/forums/showthread.php?p=30955
