How do I enable traceroute on my domain. It is disabled.

TCPTraceroute goes through the firewall successfully you will get perfect trace using tcptraceroute. there's absolutely no problem with routing of your server as disabling normal traceroute is always helpful to stay away from any sort of DDoS attack.

You could always do a traceroute via command prompt in Windows. Simply open command prompt (type cmd into run in XP or earlier or on Vista into start search). Once this has opened type:

tracert mydomain.com

and this will do a trace to mydomain.com from your computer.

As mentioned above, this type of traceroute does not work with eUKhost due to the firewalls installed at the NOC.

It will works until the last couple of entries and with some of the previous problems it has been earlier entries in the trace route causing issues. It's a useful first port of call before using the TCPTraceroute.
