unable to connect

Hi

I seem to be unable to log onto my site Via FTP, I keep getting the message 'error recieving responce from FTP/HTTP server. Windows socket error 10038. socket operation on non-socket'. Does anyone know what this means, I am able to connect to my other site no problem, unfortunatley its not the one I want to update for now.

I appear to be able to use CpanalX

Can you please open up a support ticket with the helpful options provided by Mr. Thomas. Or you can provide your domain name here & we'd get it fixed ASAP.
Also, if you're on Merlin server, the issue should now be resolved. We faced certain Disk issues with it but are fixed now
