I'm posting here 'cos I've just about had enough of speaking to live chat, my website hosting on Viking have been going down repeatedly all evening and although I know you're all working hard to sort it out it would be nice to have updates here on the current progress - I shouldn't have to keep contacting support for something that must be affecting lots of users.

So.. what's going on, what are you doing to fix it and why does it keep breaking?

I'm not trying to pile on the stress - I know you've had a hectic few hours, but sitting here with no info is pretty stressful too and a few notes here on status would really help and cut down on the number of support requests you must be getting.

Viking is working fine now and it had problems with MySQL support within PHP. Such problems never occur with any ETA as fix can take 5 - 10 minutes or it may last for couple of hours.

NickJ had fixed it last night, but I need to check how long did it last. please allow some time to get the details.

Yeah - it's all working fine now. Wish I hadn't posted this now really but I just got so frustrated - had some v important news to put on my blog and it did my head in a bit.

I can understand how you feel when you see those errors on your website hosting. Problem we had last night on Viking was complicated and it took some time to be sorted.
