I'm posting here 'cos I've just about had enough of speaking to live chat, my
website hosting on Viking have been going down repeatedly all evening and although I know you're all working hard to sort it out it would be nice to have updates here on the current progress - I shouldn't have to keep contacting support for something that must be affecting lots of users.
So.. what's going on, what are you doing to fix it and why does it keep breaking?
I'm not trying to pile on the stress - I know you've had a hectic few hours, but sitting here with no info is pretty stressful too and a few notes here on status would really help and cut down on the number of support requests you must be getting.
