Default webmail vs pop

Any suggestions on how I can improve performance of webmail? As an example, to refresh the inbox to view the email that let me register on this board took 7 minutes.

Quite often (several times a week, and for the past 20 minutes) webmail is unfeasibly slow, to the point where it just does not work. At such times connection errors or timeouts aren't unusual.

However, when that does happen pop email access is still fine. It just feels a bit silly being able to access my email from my mobile phone and not from my laptop (I don't use pop/imap clients on PCs as I switch PC too often).

Is it perhaps just Horde at issue here? Cpanel is working fine while the webmail (although now working) is still slow.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received, email is my primary use of this service so I'm keen that it's as efficient and usable as possible.

We have created one test account on your domain rts.co.tt and checked mails in horde for that account. We are not facing any speed issue or any other problems while checking it on the server.

If you are still facing any problems, please open a ticket and provide us with your email address and password in the ticket, so that we can check it further for you in details.

I like the Kayako ticketing system. It's really easy to track and manage your emails - mainly for multiple users - using it.

I though we were talking about webmail..!! Kayako would be very expensive to be used as webmail..
