WebSIte Pointing to wrong DNS

my website is not pointing to the EUKhost DNS, its pointing to a Spam website, I use this website to host alot of photos for my company, and now not earning my income.

I spent 45Mins chatting on LIVE support with someone and in the end he fob me off to support email and told me not to include the chat log we had, and refused to give his name

I emailed support with the chat log


I have now been told by him that my account had expired and i had to vist: http://www.enom.com/domains/control-...meID=158240430

Which i never even seen before, Please can someone confirm this.

Looks like its sorted now.

After 1hr 10mins chatting, after they told me that my domain had expired then noticed that i paid for it 6months ago

But sorted now

But is there a complaints email i can send comments too.
