Default Website Pointing To Wrong Folder

I have been having problems with my site since the migration to the new server. It seems that my site, and one of my clients sites, were not activated when we moved over, which required me to contact your support team to have this problem sorted.

Since then, one of the sites has been up and running properly. The other, however, is not pointing to the root folder of the site. Instead, it is going to a subfolder which contains a demo to a system that my company provides.

This is totally unacceptable, and this part of the site should only be accessed by people that I provide a specific link too.

The fact that this is now the homepage of my website is shocking to say the least.

This has also left me without a valid working website for over a week, which not only makes my company, and my clients, look unprofessional, but means I could have potentially lost business.

I reported this by submitting a ticket (AZK-20602-154), only to be told that it was fixed, except that it is not.

Could someone please sort this now as matter of high priority. I am not being offered the service that I signed up and paid for, and would like to know how can you assure me that this sort of problem will not happen again?

I suggest you email or telephone Support urgently quoting the same ticket number, re-explain the problem and tell them you're not satisfied with the situation.

No doubt it will also be answered here too ...
