WebSites unavailable http://shainaoverseas.com
I have a reseller gold account under domain http://shainaoverseas.com
And all website hostings under this domain is not working. I could loose precious business. If the things are not sorted out at the earliest.
Please help me out of this situtation ASAP.

Still not working at out end. Please HElp
Hey DPS,
Our website hostings are still not working. And the live chat is also not available. Is there any way to get in touch with the technical staff.
It is so annoying.

You can open a ticket by emailing support@eukhost.com as an alternative to LiveChat.
Is the domain that isn't functioning actually shainaoverseas.com or is it another domain because shainaoverseas.com works fine for me still.

Is it something to do with our location I am located in India. I know I might sound a but silly. But I thought if this can a reason for the difference.

Your IP got blocked on the server due to multiple invalid login failure attempts. It has been unblocked now so you should see your website hosting working.

Good to see that its sorted now! I couldn't understand that it was working for me and not for you!
I suppose it is good though to have a security system like the one in place at eUKhost as it stops a lot of website hostings becoming victims of hackers!

At the minute, my general advice for people if they can't access their website hosting is to try and connect through a proxy or some other way to get a different IP. From what I've seen on the forums recently, there seem to be quite a lot of people with the problem of their IP being blocked after incorrect logins. With it being a new security measure, I don't think alot of people realise their IP gets blocked after 2 incorrect logins.

Also, just to add to that, a quick ticket to support@eukhost.com with your IP address included should be able to get a quick reply to see if your IP is blocked due to invalid login attempts and if it is blocked to get it unblocked.
