Default What happens now?

Last evening I signed up for the Windows Standard Reseller package. I received emails regarding payment and domain name but nothing as yet regarding website access.

I was wondering when this information might be sent out so that I can prepare the website for when the domain name has propagated. I did attempt to connect via FTP using the IP address listed in the Billing area but I denied access this way.

I have also not yet received any information regarding access to the control panel.

I hope you can help.

May I know the ticket number ?

I am not able to find anything in signup receipts from your email address or IP address so I would like to know some billing details or ticket number.

Is there any news on the FTP problem? I don't want to start fiddling with my control panel until everything is sorted. There's no additional progress information coming through via the ticket system.
