why should concorde affect firefly?

My sites are down, no email, but I'm not on Concorde, I'm on Firefly. Chat said this was due to Concorde.

since this morning all of my sites are gone and I can't use cpanel. No email. I also discovered that I had let my domain name morethanmeetstheeye.net expire, but I've renewed it now and it's pointing to ns23.eukdns.com and ns24eukdns.com.
I keep getting a message that the server is not responding

Also any attempt to telnet to any of the mail servers, morethanmeetstheeye.net, hocus.org, ectonvillage.co.uk times out.

Websites back! Cpanel Back, but an old problem with php that you solved once before - the problem was that I got this error:
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /home/morethan/public_html/***this is the php file name******

and you solved it this way:

wrong entry in /etc/resolv.conf

not sure who had added wrong IP in it but I was not able to ping few domains from firefly and experience told me what needed to be fixed
