Wordpress 2.5?

Last week I contacted tech support (who are in India!) via the chat facility to ask if Eukhost were going to be compatible with the new Wordpress 2.5 release. I'm running 2.3 and would like to upgrade. After asking for my login details and telling me he was downloading Fantastico files (?) he then told me that Eukhost would not be supporting Wordpress 2.5 because of something to do with Fantastico. I wasn't able to get a clear response to my question, so I'm asking here: Will I be able to install Wordpress 2.5 and, if so, will I be able to do it via cPanel?

the latest version of wordpress provided by fantastico is 2.3.3
You can refer http://netenberg.com/fantastico_scripts.php for the fantastico supported scripts version.
Wordpress 2.5 is not yet available with fantastico installation scripts.
You can try installing Wordpress 2.5 manually, If you need any help
then please open support ticket on Help desk.

Fantastico is a product of Netenberg and we have auto-update cron setup on all our servers which updates Fantastico every night.

Netennberg has not added Wordpress 2.5 till now which can be verified from http://www.netenberg.com/fantastico_scripts.php

You can download Wordpress 2.5 directly from main website of wordpress blog and install it online.
