Hi all,

Right, I have looked in the eukhost forum but not been able to sort my own problem out through the threads.

The thing that hacks me off is that I have done this before on a different account on eukhost and it works !

OK.

My main website hosting www.mainsite.co.uk I wish to add-on www.newdomain.org which has been purchased via eukhost last Friday (27th April 07).

I have used the 'Add-On' feature in CPanel and it comes up OK and creates a directory 'newdomain' in the root folder in which I have uploaded the other domains files.

But when I type www.newdomain.org in my browser it cannot be found.

Why is this?

Has the new domain name propagated yet or how can I check that it has?

Hi Steve,

There might be an issue with the Nameservers of the addon domain as the new domain name propagation usually takes about 24 hours. Please let us know your main domain as well as the addon domain so we can check what exactly is the problem.
