Default Ruby on Rails

<h1>Ruby on Rails</h1>Any plans to support this programming language called ruby I keep hearing about.

Apparently it's been around 10 years. Who would know??

I think PHP is the best.
Though ruby on rails extension makes pages from examining a database cool.

Nope, I've never heard of it either. What's it used for usually?

if PHP can be used, i use PHP - maybe its the most common web programming language - but ive never heard of Ruby. and for some reason, i dont know why, but i get the impression that its really difficult... i have no basis for that comment, other than the name itself looks difficult

cant actually view that website hosting, firewall at work being stubborn.

Actually, that's the website hosting of the programming language Ruby. Ruby is a programming language for different purposes. For web development, it's called Ruby on Rails. The website hosting of that is

eUKhost has started supporting Ruby on Rails on all servers and we have a good thread as well in our blog to help other dedicated server customers to install Ruby on Rails. You can take a look at the thread located at http://blog.eukhost.com/2006/09/30/ruby-on-rails/ to know more about Ruby on Rails.

We were not much familiar with Ruby on Rails before few months but we have managed to understand its working completely as it seems to be a new trend in hosting web website hosting.

You are most welcome to reply back to this thread if you have any questions related to Ruby on Rails.

Sorry, I should have specified - I'm on a shared server, not a dedicated one.

Do you want us to install it on your server ?

If yes then let me know the IP address of the server on which your website hosting is hosted.

Not necessarily yet - we're getting quotes for web design work and one respondent wanted to know if he could do it in Ruby, so we just wanted to know if that was going to be a possibility. Thanks!

Great post. I'm just not completely sure that I'm understanding the depth to this.
Can anybody explain this out a little bit more?
