Bristol down?

Found out from some customers that Bristol is down?

Rick on livechat was rude, saying all emails will be bounced back? Was told it was scheduled maintenence.

Now, this does not sound like the usual service from eUKhost. Whats going on?

Bristol is facing some problems with RAID array. We will need to schedule maintenance work on Bristol as we will need to replace both HDD's one by one which can take more than 2 hours time.

We will send notification to customers when we schedule maintenance work on Bristol.

Havnt had an email and now SMTP is down and PHP is down but web site hosting is online.

Spencer T just keeps saying:
The primary hard-drive has crashed on the server. The DELL Raid Controllers also broke because of which downtime could not be avoided. However, we have data backups on the USB drive attached to the server.

Please tell me whats going on ASAP
