BT SMTP rejected by EUKHOST for local mail accounts
Hi,
We are sending our email using a btopenworld mailer and when sending to internal addresses (to mail accounts on our domain) the mails are rejected by eukhost. We are using authenticated login to the BT smtp mailer, but this shouldn't have anything to do with it. The problem is between the bt mailer and the eukhost incoming server. Previously we did not have this problem,but can't be sure when it started (last few week ?) .Other mail to/from 3rd parties (not in our domain) appear to be working fine.
I am still waiting for the tech people to sort this out, but I am not sure they understand what is going on. ticket LOP-34097-103
