Default Can i create folders using Horde Webmail?

I'm relatively new to all this "domain" business, and have taken the big plunge with EUK.

They have given me "Horde" webmail (i thought it was going to be squirrel - but i have no idea what the difference is, or if i can change it if need be).

I was told that the webmail would be similar to "hotmail" - but i can't see how to add any folders. This means i can't organise my incoming mail, and i can't even see/save my outgoing mail so that i have a record of it.

Am i being incredibly stupid and that I am missing a trick here? Can anyone either show me how to create folders in horde, or let me know if it can't be done? Many Thanks.

Nope, i access it in a slightly different way. My domain is "www.mydomain.org.uk", and i access the webmail by "webmail.mydomain.org.uk"

Is this a bit more helpful? Or do you need more info?

Creating folders in Horde webmail is only supported with the IMAP server. And IMAP is not installed on all our Windows servers but on few of them as MailEnable requires a license to have it installed. So it depends on the server you are hosted on.

If you require this service then we can move you one the server that has IMAP installed.

Ahhh... that's cool. How do i go about moving to an IMAP enabled server? Do i ask via "livechat", or do i need to open a ticket?

Many Thanks

You will need to open a ticket. Migration request should be initiated through our helpdesk only.
