email Address Books

I am unable to create any new address books in my mail accounts. Horde reports 'Unable to create new share. Missing source type'.

I have tried emailing this problem via the problem button but all mail is returned undeliverable

Any ideas?

On shared VPS

Tried to use the 'problem' button to submit details. However mail kept bouncing back marked undeliverable.
