Hi, me again

Now I can't create an ftp account. I logged into Plesk but I can't create an account, it just says "Please wait, loading" forever. I am using the home > your domain > ftp accounts section. I've tried this in Opera 9.5 and Firefox 3.0.

Hi,

The error occurred due to to an ongoing backup of the Plesk control panel database. It was fixed within few minutes automatically. Also, I'd request you to post into "Windows Shared Hosting" forums or place tickets or come on live chat support which ever you are comfortable with. The latter one would be of much effect as we have more staff working on the ticket support boards & live chat..

FTP Accounts are working, but now I have another problem:

I can't get access to my domain anymore. If you put in www.danielcottrell.co.uk you just get a login sreen. I've tried to put files into the httpdocs folder (is this the right folder?) but I can't remove the HTTP Authentication request. This wasn't there last night so what's going on?

PS, this IS windows shared hosting, so don't know what you mean.

httpdocs is the right folder.

Site displays fine for me without authentication - displays a page with the text "test webpage 5.2.5".

Have you tried clearing your cache? - I know its a simple thing but it does fix problems a lot of the time .
