Default KingAir is Down.

Hello,

KingAir with the IP [IP removed] is currently down. We had to update Plesk control panel which required a reboot to finish and the server has unexpectedly gone under a disk check.

We will keep this thread updated as soon as it has finished.

Thank you for being patient and co-operative.

Thumbs down

.NET framework seems to have corrupted on the server. We are in process of repairing it and hence IIS will be down for a while. We might require a reboot again.

Thank you for being patient.

Thanks for the update. there does appear to be some data loss. I made changes to a site on Kingair on Sunday, those changes are no longer present.

Has there been a restore?

Thanks

Mark

Default Files lost

Hi there,

I just logged into my FTP and it seems I have lost quite a few files, infact, I think it has changed to what it was a few days ago. Even my SQL Server 2005 Express database has lost some records.

It was fine at 5pm UK Time, and within the last few hours, I have lost some of the files. I've had to re-upload some of the files.

Is there anyway you can restore it back to normal please (to the previous state before your web server rebooted).

Also my ASP.NET web applications is now not working..

Thanks.
