Problems on Maverick

Site and subdomains were up and running on Maverick before the weekend, but this week the site disappeared.

Support moved quickly and resolved a DNS setting (why had my DNS setting changed?) but this fixed my main site but I have a bunch of subdomains that are still not working. I've alerted Support and I expect they will resolve this problem quickly. But I also cannot use FTP and Plesk is issuing errors when using Web Directories and File Manager.

I know Maverick was due an upgrade last week, but my site was working on Sunday.

Has anyone else had problems on Maverick? Is there anything else I should be looking out for?

I am having problems with my database settings - we don't host direct with EUKHost but have raised this as a problem with our support people.

The site was fine before the weekend and yes we were told the server was going to be updated this weekend.
The site was all backed up on Friday, but if the server config has changed, we really should be told.
