The server would be slow during the early hours of Sunday owing to the backups being taken. There is no run-around for that.
If you keep telling me sites are up when I can see they are down...
If you keep telling my sites are using too much memory when I know this is impossible...
If you compromise the security of your servers without notifying your customers of the increased risks, and refuse to reverse your decision...

Then I do not agree that these issues are being addressed diligently.
And I think that other customers and potential customers should be aware of these issues.

Sometimes my tickets are answered quickly. Sometimes they are not. But if the response is not a solution, then it doesn't matter how quick it comes.

I never mentioned the server being slow. Unless you're claiming that's why it took you three hours to get one of my sites back up...

If by "addressed" you mean that I still have to wait before I can access it again...

Robb,

We are very clearly stating out everything in the ticket. It has been mentioned that the site preview would be fixed in the next hour or so. Your apprehensions about security have also been explained.

Excepting for the two site previews, everything else is functioning correctly. So there is no reason to drag this thread on further. Williams is working on the site-preview & as always, the support ticket will be replied to.

I am closing this thread here. If you do have any issues, please update the support ticket.
