Default Quantity of Emails Allowed in One Go

Can anyone tell me how many emails I'm allowed to send in one go. I've tried the online chat but everyone tells me something different. I've sent out 2 lots of 200 emails today with an hour between each. Now 7 hours later, I can't seem to send anymore. What's going on?

Hi,

I've just found the following article in the eUK knowledge base:

E-mail policy | Web Hosting UK | Dedicated Servers | VPS Hosting

If you require more clarification regarding the subject, a senior staff member should be able to reply to your question this evening via this thread.

I've tried several staff members but I don't think they speak English. I can't make myself understood at all. I've also looked at this article and I should be able to send more emails as I've not exceeded my limit but can't.

Hi,

The senior staff members will reply to this thread later on this evening. If you are unable to wait then I suggest that you try approaching them via MSN or AIM. You could also try live chat again and ask to be put through to a senior system technician.

If you feel that you haven't received a sufficient level of service from other staff members then you can approch Nick either by MSN through 'nick [at] eukhost.com' or via email at 'feedback [at] eukhost.com'.

Hi there,

We have a limit of 200 outgoing mails per hour on our shared hosting services. You are not permitted to send more than those many number of emails every hour. Please let me know what specific problem you are facing. I will have it resolved for you.
