I suggest over the weekend you are best using livechat or email to get a faster response to this. The number of support staff is sufficient to cover the need but it is less than the number during the week and as such, response times on the forum decrease.

I actually posted here becasue LiveChart retuned an error, something like "Unknown Domain" - but it then started to work about 10 mins later

Hi, yes

I STILL cannot send emails from the website. That means potential new customers cannot contact us.... this is very urgent.

Tomorrow is a business day, so would expect much more contact from new customers PLUS the whole website will not operate correctly - errors will appear to customers when emails should be getting sent!!!

This is URGENT and needs sorted ASAP.

Yet more problems.

I am unable to execute some commands due to more permissions errors, also I am no longer in my dedicated pool.

Emails are not working again, I am losing busines...

11:53 working now

While trying to put my website back in a Dedication Application Pool, you have taken my website offline! This is in buisness hours!

Customers were contacting me to say its down, now emails are down.

This should have been done during the night, not happy.
