Where is Plesk? How do I forward a domain?

I need to forward my Oneandone.co.uk registered domain to my hosting here. Trouble is I've lost all my emails so I don't have my original Eukhost email.

1) Where is the Plesk control pannel located?

2) Can I use this to manage domains?

3) What are the nameserver settings for forwarding the domain?

Welcome to Eukhost Family!
You can forward your domain registered at Oneandone.co.uk to your web hosting account. You will just need to change name servers for that domain.
If you have lost your Welcome email, You will need to mail us at billing [at] eukhost.com from your registered mail id, so that we will reset your password and resend the Welcome email, which will contain your Plesk Control Panel link, Login credentials & Name Server details to be used.

I've done that, could you now check the system please and send out the welcome email again? You could have just told me the name servers in the forums mind, would have helped.
