I am a new customer, purchasing the 'Windows Copper' package about 30-40 minutes ago. I have just seen in the 'status' section that there is an error symbol along the domain registration. (The domain is www.JibbaJabbas.com)

It also says that the hosting is Inactive so if you are able to check around and see if anything is the problem then that would be great!

This may be becasue I need to be a bit more patient for it to resolve itself, but I am just curious as to why this is.

I am also wondering where I would go about uploading files, FTP accounts and MySQL databases as I can't seem to find a section or anything for these.

I hope this is in the right section aswell!

Give it a while. It can take a few hours for everything to activate on the server and then you should be able to get access to ftp etc. If you want to talk to tech support about it, use the livechat on the eUKhost home page and they should be able to sort you out.

Domains normally become active 12 - 24 hours after initial registration.

Your domain name has started working from our windows server getting filled right now. You can FTP to your account from browser with ftp://username@JibbaJabbas.com/ or you can download a FTP software from downloads.com

MySQL database needs to be uploaded from the control panel. Control Panel login details have been sent to you in welcome email.
