islander.eukhost.com is facing some problems right now and we are replacing its primary harddrive. it will take another 2 - 3 hours more for server to come online.

We have latest backup for this server so there wont be any sort of data loss.

OS and cpanel installation completed on server, Now I am restoring data .I’ll update you once restoration is completed.

i dont see the sites up and running. when I go to them. php want to download files on my computer.

Have you opened a ticket with support about this? Have you got a domain for us to check for you?

Is anybody else having problems with islander server

I have a domain on there with a couple of sites

since the disk replacement one site works the other doesnt

yet they use the same drupal code

the site having the problem is www.dibbletree.com

I have restored various backups of www.dibbletree.com and its database as far as 3rd October but problem still remains my main site www.dibbletree.com generates an apache internal server error

normal reason for this is usually an error in your .htaccess but the file has not changed in months, I notice that the build of php is dated Nov 20 2007 20:16:50 presumably after the disk replacement was anything else changed ?

logged a support call BOW-50198-903 about this

there also seems to be a problem with the permissions on the crontab, support call for this is AQW-71581-139

it has taken some time to fix this problem but Alex has replied to your Cronjob ticket and now he is working on BOW-50198-903
