Yes, support tickets need to be opened for tech issue, but a hosting company without a tech support section of a forum would be a bad move, IMHO, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to think this.

We have separated all technical support departments now and thread notifications are sent to respective departments only. Previously all notifications were sent to support[@]eukhost.com due to which windows department never got notifications of threads initiated by windows hosting customers nor did vps or dedicated server team got any new thread notifications.
No one from our support team answered Nigel's threads as his account is hosted on windows server and notifications were sent to cpanel support team. Things should be perfect now as threads opened in respective forum will get fast response from respective support team.
