Network Outage

Hello All,

All servers on the subnet 92.48.75.* are facing service or intermittent outages [Time outs].

This is because of a problem in the datacenter NOC/router. The network engineers are working on this & hopefully will sort this issue ASAP.

Also, we'll keep this thread posted regarding any further updates.

We appreciate your co-operation in this regard.

We have few Shared Servers, VPS Hosting nodes and few semi-dedicated hosting nodes in this subnet. There is some complicated routing problem which is taking some time to fix. I will keep update this thread once it gets sorted.

Hello Tony,

We've managed to figure out that there's some sort of DDoS attack on one of our servers in this IP range. This should be sorted in next 20 - 30 minutes as we will need to pin point the server which is being targeted. We will reverse this DDoS once we manage to bring affected servers back in network.

Any update on this yet guys? I am in a similar position with a recently launched online store at a time when the client has a lot of business?

The network issues have been resolved. All the shared servers, vps nodes, semi-dedicated nodes and dedicated servers within this range are back to normal functionality.

We would like to thank you all for a tremendous display of patience and understanding during this while.

Please let me know if this is regarding your VPS or Semi-Dedicated Server ?

I don't see anything wrong with either of your servers so please let me know some more details to look into this.

It was fixed at 7 am.
15 hours down =
I had recive about 25 coplaints from clients and members
probablly a lot of them never back on my websites

I recived email form suport which say:

"..........If you look at it carefully, you will be
able to see that 130GB of bandwidth has been hogged by your server alone in one
day........
............
You would have to go in for a dedicated server. A completely dedicated
server will give you a full fledged processor, RAM and bandwidth which would be
much more. Please have a look at

It will probably have been blocked if you have made several failed login attempted. It's standard thing for a firewall to do.

Hmmm. It does seem odd but I've managed to lock myself out before even when I swore I was using the right things! So it could well just be an accidental typo. If it happens again, then I'd get support to do some more investigating.
