Default Network Outage

Dear Customers,

Currently, we are having to put up with a network issue on the subnet 92.48.*.*. This is being investigated with the highest possible priority attached to it. We regret the inconvenience caused due to this.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have an ETA. However, this thread will be regularly updated.

Hello,

We have just received information from our core network team that there is currently an issue with a networking router in London. The snag has been isolated. This subnet i.e. 91.186.*.* will be up very soon.

I will keep posted about 92.48.*.*

Thanks for the fast response Nick ( as usual ) .

92.48.*.* seems to be working in this neck of the woods at the moment.

We would like to thank all our customers for having been patient through this period of outage. eUkhost is now looking very carefully at all routers, switches and ports. If need be we will schedule a maintainence during nights, however, this will be informed to everyone.

Once again, we thank all our customers.

Most people probably won't have noticed it with it being 3am and I'm guessing most clients are UK based. Even as a student, 3am is definately past my bed time!

It must have been fairly minor for the 92.48.*.* range as my monitoring service didn't pick up on anything. Guess it depends where they were...
