I've tried from a Tiscali connection, a SKY connection and via my works connection that goes out of an ISP in the US and all seem to be suffering.

Angry Vps speed still slow

i kow you guys did an anode reboot for all VPS! i just upgraded to L-VPS-3 this month...

at times it takes up to 15 seconds to refresh! this is plainly frustrating! i lost a 90 quid a month account last month, and 3 small accounts cuz of slow speeds. Im trying my best to start my busyness, but this just keeps putting a stick in my wheel!

couldnt the minimum speed be raised? when the ram bursts? WOW i love it..click refresh and BOOM in miliseconds!

now what few client that remain with me! they still complain!

when will this be permanently resolved? like i mentioned a few time...all was well till my VPS crashed april 12 2009

besides this? tech support does an amazzzzzing job

Default Network Problems for some VPS Nodes

Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing some network problems on some of our VPS/Semi Dedicated Nodes. Customers on the effected nodes will be experiencing approximately 50% packet loss.

We are currently looking into the cause of the problems and we will update you soon.

Hello,

Normal service has now been restored. There was a very large ddos attack aimed at one of our VPS users. The attack was so large that it impacted other nodes on the switch.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing problems.

All the affected nodes are back to full functionality. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We would like to thank all our customers for having been patient through this period of outage.

Dedicated servers were also affected. Why more protected ? isn't router bandwidth

Hello,

The attack was so large that it had an effect on other servers hosted on the same switch. Our network is designed to limit the effects of ddos attacks. For example, no client on a separate switch was experiencing problems. That combined with the speed we can react means that clients receive minimal disruption from ddos attacks.
