NOC Router Issue
All servers on the subnet 91.186.*.* & 92.186.*.* would be facing sporadic service or intermitent outages for small portions of time. This is because of a problem in the Bluesquare NOC.
The network engineers were able to detect a software problem & had also conducted an upgrade right away, but the misfortune is that it has been able to fix the issue. The router is still getting tripped on its own. We now also have our switch engineers down on-site with the network team to isolate the fault. Unfortunately we wont be able to given an ETA at this time. This is a combination of a h/w & software problem.
We appreciate your co-operation in this regard. Will keep the forum updated.
