been over an hour with no explanation to me why the website is offline.. only to be told wait 10 mins then getting kicked off the chat system because i was asking how much longer it would be !

Your website is up and running now. There was some problem with Apache configuration on your server which has been sorted now.

We had heavy traffic on livechat due to this problem on Tutor.eukhost.com but it has got sorted and your website is back to normal.

woke up this morning to more errors !

seems i cant even write to my own temp directory !

Your scripts are trying to access /tmp which belongs to server and not your account. If your script is trying to create sessions then make it create inside your home directory. If you are not using your own script then open a ticket for our support department and we will sort this problem for you.

it seemed to only be a problem in safari.. and was caused by logging users visits.. i turned that off and it seems to be alright now.

what will happen next is a mystery ! fingers crossed no more errors or down time !

You are taking it in wrong sense. Nothing will go wrong. Be postitive as I am quite sure that nothing will go wrong.
