welshylad,

We will provide you with new password for plesk login. Password for your mailboxes wont change as mailenable restore was 100% successful. Password for plesk login will change.

Your websites should be online shortly as we have 3 guys restoring accounts one by one and priority has been given to all those who PM'd me.

Eidolon,

Today's experience has given a huge setback to us so from now we have decided to bring revolutionary changes in our windows hosting and we will make sure that we prove our expertise in windows hosting.

It's been nearly one hour and still no email, websites or plesk login details. A few minutes really should have been the standard 1 to 2 hours me thinks!!

Default Server location

Having also thought that the servers where based in the UK to find out the server is based in the USA as of earlier postings, I myself would prefer to be on a UK server.

How many days would this take to be transfered over to the UK servers you have?

Obviously my first priority is getting hold of the past 2 days emails!

I PM'd you just after you requested that we do so, how come my account has not been restored?

By all rights, according to your promises, my account should now be restored. But it still has not been.

This is starting to turn into a joke, please be honest and stop offering empty promises.

Tell me, why has my account still not been restored?

My Plesk has now returned, all information on my account, web website and email has not. The package looks just like the day I ordered it. This is just great.

First we are making accounts from our admin area and then we are proceeding with restoration of your data. Please wait for some time as we cannot make 10 different people to login at a time as that will definately kill the server once again.

I'm in the same situation as welshylad, with a default Plesk login and "Service Unavailable" when my URLs are visited. To save you some time, I have begun re-uploading the files needed for my secondary domain and redoing my email settings myself.

As other people have mentioned, I would prefer my website to be held on a UK based server. I look forward to receiving my free year's hosting.

We can move your account on our UK based server. Please let us know what would be the convenient time to do so as the transfer may bring some downtime for your website. DNS settings would change so downtime can range from 30 mins to couple of hours.

Your PM was received and your account has been recreated. Your data is getting restored and all you need to do is wait for some time as the restoration speed cannot be improved any further.

I have deleted the invoice that was generated today for your account.

Emails, databases and website data would be restored as it is.

If you have any subdomains then you will need to add A records of those from your plesk as we will restore data of those subdomains. If you can open a ticket for our guys through our helpdesk and provide details of subdomains then we can restore those.

Those who have DSN's should restore those from plesk as we are giving top priority to bring main websites, emails and databases online. Once we do this then we can restore DNS of subdomains and DSN's.

OK, I will now wait for a while, as I have done before. I am beginning to loose confidence however.

I pm'd you a while ago now and no changes noted on my end. How much longer to go - I've got updates for clients I need to be dealing with.

I have given list of all the domains that I have received through PM. Guys are restoring everything but this is windows and you dont have scripts to copy data. We have to copy and paste things manually so please take a short break and leave your website in our hands.

Right now everyone is refreshing this thread as the websites are down but just wait for some time and everything would be sorted. I dont have any ETA as of now and the previously mentioned ETA's should be ignored.
