Default opening a ticket

Having tried opening tickets this morning, I am still awaiting the confirmation code to access the ticket status.

Even though thought I had sent ticket I am unable to login to check.

Perhaps someone needs to check this system as well.

Even after talking to mark on MSN, and being assured things would be back up soon. Still only half the job has been done.

I just opened a ticket, here it is just to let you know what's going on here:

Both of my website hostings were up and running after being restored after the problems with the Windows server. However, ASP.NET did not appear to be working on either of my website hostings. Both website hostings are now showing "Service Unavailable" after I attempted to fix the issue by changing the ASP.NET version for each domain under "Setup".

Also, as other people have stated, my bandwidth/disk space limits don't appear to be correct: They are fine for my primary domain, but when adding another domain, the max disk space I am allowed for it is 0 MB, with 0 MB traffic each month. My account is also limited to having 6 domains, when it should be unlimited.

Problem with application pool for your both domains has been sorted. Please donot change the pool again from your control panel for next 24 - 48 hours.

Space / Bandwith stats should be sorted for all in sequence.

My website hostings are back up and running, but on one of them I now get a "Server Application Unavailable" message on pages with ASP.NET content (contact.aspx), on the other I get a standard ASP.NET error message. This shouldn't be errors with my code, as it is the same code that was running properly before this mess started. My ASP.NET code is a contact form that sends SMTP email through mail.chriscollins.info and mail.chriscollinsphotography.info. When I attempt to view my webmail with the webmail. subdomain, I get:

supposidely everything is working now...

I cannot upoad via ftp now because it says my password is wrong... I cannot receive emails yet because of the same issue... I've also tried live chat and keep getting cut off...

What's going on!

how much more of our time must be wasted? I cannot trust you guys to just get on with it as you never deliver the goods.

As soon as I have FTP access again I am going to do a back up of all the data Ive not got and I'm off.

Also, you replied stating my bandwidth/diskspace issue had been fixed and it does not appear to have been. I have attached a picture showing the screens in Plesk: Firstly showing my domains with the yellow exclamation mark telling me that there is a disk space/bandwidth has been exceeded, secondly is what appears at the bottom when chriscollinsphotography.info is clicked on, showing that 0 B of disk space and 0 B/Month of traffic is allowed for this domain. This does not change when I put a number in, or if the "unlimited" option is checked.

Tickets will be answered in a sequence and today we are going through unusual traffic on our helpdesk. 50% of our staff is busy answering chats and some other senior members are finishing basic restoration.

Tickets for database errors will take some time for resolution as those will be answered by our senior windows system admins only and you cannot get hold of them on livechat, phone or any messenger. You have to wait till they get hold of your ticket.

I have had this service for les than a month so if a cancel I will obviously get a full refund. If I then register again will I be set-up correctly.

I've just checked my control panel and have realised that I no longer have any mail accounts set up - are you telling me these have been wiped out completly - cos that'll be taking the piss...!

If you are able to get into plesk you will also notice the time is wrong on this server. Now that is a basic setting.

ASP.NET issues fixed, many thanks. I've just got one small issue with traffic/disk space for my second domain still being reported as limited to 0 B, but other than that, everything's as it was.
